Samples are provided as complimentary gifts and cannot be selected or exchanged by customers.

 

Exchange & Return

Customers may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the product, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Returns and exchanges are not applicable during promotional or discount campaigns unless explicitly stated.

Eligibility Conditions

- The product must be unused or only minimally used for testing purposes.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, invoice, and barcode tags.
- The returned product must be received before any exchange or refund is processed.
- Instant exchange or refund at the time of delivery is not permitted.

Missing Receipt or Packaging

If the receipt or invoice is unavailable, customers must provide the purchase phone number for verification.
Loss of outer packaging may be considered; however, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted without the original inner packaging.

Return & Exchange Process

To request an exchange or refund, customers must contact us after receiving the product via phone or social media.
A delivery representative will collect the product from the provided address and deliver the replacement item where applicable.
All exchange and refund requests are processed within 7 to 10 business days.
